Tartiflette

Serves: 6 (scaled from 6)

Ingredients:

170 ml white wine
1 medium onions
225 g bacon
1.1 kg potatoes
450 g reblochon cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 175 C Boil spuds 20 min and dice Fry onions 5 min, add bacon for 5 mins, add spuds and wine and salt and pepper, cook 10 mins Layer with sliced reblochon, bake 20 mins.

Notes

Serves 2-3 as a main, 6 as a starter.
