230 g bacon
1 sprig thyme
350 g sausages
1 large cooking apple
0 mixed herbs
0.5 pint stock
Roll sausages in bacon. Put half of onion and apple (sliced) into casserole, then half the rolls on top, then repeat. Season, add herbs, pour over stock. Cover, cook 180 C 1.5 hours, remove lid 15 mins before end.
