Roast leg of lamb

Ingredients:

1 2.5 kg leg of lamb

Method

Cooking times: Pink: 10 mins for each 450 g + 20 mins Medium: 13 mins for each 450 g + 20 mins Well done: 20 mins for each 450 g + 20 mins Cook at 225 C turning every 30 mins. Rub with oil or butter and seasoning. Insert flavours into skin. Baste frequently. Rest 10-15 min before carving.

Notes

1 leg serves up to 8. Seems optimistic - maybe 5?
