Roast leg of lamb with pancetta, sage, rosemary....

Serves: 6 (scaled from 6)

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
1 handful rosemary
1 lemons
1 2kg leg of lamb
1 handful sage
85 g pancetta

Method

Tunnel around lamb bone, slice pockets. Smash stuff up with lemon juice, chop the rest and stuff in.
