Pork chops with Thyme, Lemon and Pesto

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)


4 tbsp olive oil
1 handful thyme
1 clove garlic
1 lemons
4 2 rib pork loin chops
0 pesto


Pound thyme, garlic, 1 tsp pepper. Add lemon juice and zest and oil, smear on chops, leave at lest 10 mins Grill or fry 8 mins Rest and spoon on pesto
