Julias Cider and Apple Chicken

Serves: 1 (scaled from 1)


1 tbsp brown sugar
0.5 onions
1 chicken breasts
0 creme fraiche
1 red apple
0 cider
1 tsp worcester sauce


Fry chopped onion in butter and oil. Meanwhile, slice the apple. Add sugar and apple, turn up the heat and cook until caramelised. Remove and put to one side. Fry chicken until browned. Add cider and boil until cooked. Add worc. sauce, creme fraiche, seasoning and the apples and onions. Heat through.
