Beef with orange and ginger

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)


450 g beef rump
1 orange
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
2.5 cm ginger
1 large carrot
2 spring onions
4 lots noodles


Marinade beef in orange rind and juice 10-30 mins. Drain and set liquid aside. Mix meat with soy sauce, conrflour and ginger. Fry to seal and remove from pan. Add carrot. Fry 2-3 mins. Stir in liquid and spring onions. Thicken. Add meat.
