Viennese chicken

Serves: 6 (scaled from 6)

Ingredients:

85 g butter
1 clove garlic
6 chicken breasts
57 g white breadcrumbs
28 g cheese
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Method

Melt butter, add crushed garlic. Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter then coat in breadcrumb mix, place in casserole. Pour remainder of butter over chicken. Cover and cook 190 C 1 hr. Remove lid and cook 15 min more.

Notes

Cooking time is probably excessive!
