Prosciutto wrapped pork with stilton and apple

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)


4 sprigs rosemary
75 g stilton
4 pork loin chops
1 red apple
12 slices prosciutto


Preheat oven to 200 C. Season chops and sear. Wrap in prosciutto with apple and stilton. Use rosemary sprig to hold in place. Bake 15 mins


Serve with small roast potatoes and a reduced brandy and stock jus.
