Pappardelle with mixed wild mushrooms

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)


55 g butter
1 handful parsley
1.5 red chilli
1 clove garlic
0.5 lemons of lemon juice
400 g mushrooms
455 g fresh pasta
1 handful grated parmesan


Slice mushrooms, fry fast tossing once or twice. Add garlic, chilli and a little salt. Fry fast 4 to 5 mins, tossing. Turn heat off, add lemon juice and season. Toss with pasta, parmesan, parsley and butter.
