Pesto

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)

Ingredients:

0.3 clove garlic
3 handfuls basil
0 lemon juice
1 handful pine nuts
1 handful grated parmesan

Method

Roast pine nuts. Pound or process garlic, pound with basil, then pine nuts. Add parmesan and olive oil to bind. Season.
