Spicy Potato Wedges

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)


3 tbsp olive oil
675 g potatoes
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin


Preheat oven to 190 C Cut potatoes into wedges, put in roasting pan. Combine oil with spices (may wish to double quantities), pour over potatoes and turn to coat. Bake 30-40 mins (50 better) Serve with garlic mayonnaise?
