Mini hot chocolate puddings

Serves: 2 (scaled from 2)

Ingredients:

100 g butter
4 egg
6 tbsp flour
100 g chocolate
2 tbsp caster sugar

Method

Butter and flour bowls, oven to 220C Melt choc and butter over hot water, let cool Whisk half the eggs and the yolks from the remainder with the sugar until frothy. Fold into choc mix. Sift in flour and fold again. Pour into bowls. Cook 10 min at 220 (12 at 220 if refrigerated) (but see below)

Notes

Use Maya Gold for orange flavour.
Serving 8 is about right for 6 of the little things.
6 to 7 minutes cooking seems right
