Garlic confit

Serves: 12 (scaled from 12)


25 g salt
1 sprig thyme
12 cloves garlic
50 ml corn oil


Do not peel garlic!

Heat oven to 180. Put all the ingredients in a parcel made from 30cm of foil. Bake for 25 mins.


Can store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
