Experimental lemon stuffing

Serves: 9 (scaled from 9)


250 g bread
25 g butter
1 onions
0 thyme
1 egg
0 parsley
1 clove garlic
1 stick celery
0 milk
0 flour
3 lemons
50 g suet


Fry onion, celery, garlic in butter to soften. Combine with breadcrumbs, suet, parsley, thyme, lemon zest. Add juice of 1 lemon and yolk of the egg. Add milk (and flour if needed) to alter consistency.

Cook 30 mins.
