Saute Roast Parsnips

Serves: 6 (scaled from 6)

Ingredients:

4 tsp olive oil
75 g butter
4 large parsnips

Method

Peel and cut parsnips into 9x1x1 cm batons.

Fry in olive oil (and meat juices?) until slightly browned.
Add butter, let foam and colour, cook 8-10 mins, until soft to the touch.
