Baked Camembert

Serves: 2 (scaled from 2)


1 baguette bread
1 clove garlic
250 g camembert


Score the camembert 5mm from the edge, slice off the top skin within this ring.
Slice garlic thinly and place bits into the cheese.
Bake the camembert in its box, 20 mins at 180 C.
Slice bread into around 8 slices with a little oil. Bake these in the oven for the last 5 mins.


Serve with a salad.
