Flapjack

Serves: 4 (scaled from 4)

Ingredients:

125 g brown sugar
125 g butter
4 tbsp golden syrup
250 g oats

Method

Melt butter in a large pan. Mix in brown sugar and golden syrup. Mix in the oats. Put in a greased pan to get depth of just under an inch.

Cook 180C 20mins.

Notes

Use large tbsp of the golden syrup.
