Crusted cod steaks

Serves: 2 (scaled from 2)


100 ml olive oil
25 g bread
0 butter
5 g parsley
1.5 lemons
10 g parmesan
2 fillets cod


Some hours before
Skin the cod. Mix olive olive and lemon juice, use to marinate the cod.

Make bread into breadcrumbs and toast. Mix with parmesan, parsley, seasoning, lemon zest and some melted butter to bind.

Take fillets from marinade, put the mixture on top. Bake 200 C 15-20 mins.

Serve with juices drizzled over.
