Grilled goats cheese with red pepper sauce

Serves: 2 (scaled from 2)


0 olive oil
0.3 baguette
4 slices goats cheese
2 red peppers
1 red chilli
1 clove garlic
0 salad


Lightly toast bread, rub with garlic, brush with olive oil. Grill peppers 20 mins until soft. Slice and deseed chillies and peppers, process and sieve into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Brush goats cheese with olive oil, grill on bread until golden, serve with sauce and salad.
